Grandview Estates is one of the oldest subdivisions on Richland Chambers Lake. This well established community is located on the central peninsula of Richland Chambers Lake and also includes some mini ranchettes, as well as on and off water lots. This subdivision was originally platted for 60+ plats and is number 53 on the map located below in the Gallery.
