You're IN! You've made it into the Lakeside Dreamerz VIP Club and we are thrilled that you are here!
On the 1st Tuesday of each month, keep an eye on your email inbox for our VIP Newsletter. We will reveal the monthly giveaway item and open up our VIP email address, VIP@teelteam.com, for 24 hours. If you are interested in giveaway that month, simply email us and we will add your name to the drawing. We will have a limited amount of these curated gifts available, so make sure to respond back quickly so you don't miss the deadline.
You will also receive invites to all of our Client Appreciation events!
Then visit our VIP Facebook page to see the winners announced the next day! Make sure to check back often as we will post exclusive content on the Facebook page and you'll never know when we might give away some impromptu goodies there!

Are you ready to level up? Simply do another transaction with us or send us a referral* and you will automatically be moved up into the GOLD level. No need to do anything! Our gold level members receive:
* The silver level perks
* You will receive a pre-loaded Teel Team Starbucks or Chick Fil A gift card with $10 and for the next 5 months we will send you another $10 card every month! You get to choose your first card and we will take care of it from there!
* Invites to exclusive events
* Send us a second referral or transact with our team again and we will send you another 6 months of $10 gift cards!
* A referral is a when you introduce us as your trusted real estate partner to someone who is considering buying, selling or investing in real estate. We promise to take excellent care of them! Once they meet with one of our team members, regardless of a successful transaction, we will reach out and let you know that your gift card is on the way! Everything is automatic and all you need to do is pass their contact information to us.

To maintain this level each year, just make sure to send us at least one referral or transact once per year with our team.
